Qi Gong


Qi Gong can best be described as “Energy and Breath Skill”, and refers to various ancient Chinese health exercises which are gaining worldwide recognition for their wonderful healing effects upon a wide range of medical conditions.

The practice of Qi Gong focuses on the cultivation of a strong and healthy abundance of Qi, or Internal Energy. The postures and gentle movements of Qi Gong promote a calm yet robust vitality, which strengthens and nourishes the function of the internal organs while dissolving physical, mental and emotional stress.

I have been a practitioner of Qi Gong for the past 33 years, and the Qi Gong exercises I teach are a combination of methods and approaches from a variety of systems.  My goal through sharing these  exercises via the extensive selection of Online Qi Gong Videos I am providing is to help people enrich their lives and feel free, relaxed and self-empowered.

By regular practice of these exercises you can cultivate a wonderful sense of inner-strength, develop mental-emotional balance and a greater sense of overall well-being.
